  • Administering City Elections
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for all City meetings including but not limited to the City Commission, Historic Preservation Board,
    Planning and Land Development Regulation Commission
  • Maintaining ordinances and resolutions, developer agreements and contracts
  • Coordinating and responding to public records requests
  • Issuing Local Business Tax Receipts (formerly Occupational License)
    Lien Verification Requests
  • Administering the operations of the City Cemetery
  • Overseeing Planning and Land Development functions, Building Permits as well as Human Resources
